1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Bohra Business Directory ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Bohra Business Directory is a two-sided platform that connects users with Dawoodi Bohra businesses worldwide. Our service includes:

• Public business directory search and browsing
• Business listings and profiles for verified Bohra members
• Review and rating system for registered users
• Community features for verified Bohra members
• Enquiry and communication tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. There are three types of accounts:

• Guest: Can search and browse listings without registration
• Subscriber: Registered users who can contact businesses, send enquiries, and leave reviews after 7 days
• Bohra Member: Verified Dawoodi Bohra members who can list businesses and access exclusive community features

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

5. Business Listings and Verification

Only verified Dawoodi Bohra members can list businesses on the Platform. The verification process requires:

• Submission of valid ITS (Idarat-e-Talimat-e-Shariat) ID
• Upload of ITS card photograph
• Manual approval by our admin team

We reserve the right to reject or remove any business listing that violates our policies or these Terms.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews are an important part of our community. To maintain integrity:

• Only subscribers registered for 7+ days can leave reviews
• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
• One review per business per account
• Business owners can reply to reviews publicly
• False, misleading, or defamatory reviews will be removed

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive business information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Collect user data for spam or unsolicited marketing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate the trust and sanctity of our community

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bohra Business Directory or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Business owners retain rights to their business content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote their listings on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Bohra Business Directory acts as an intermediary platform. We do not:

• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed businesses
• Verify all business claims or representations
• Mediate disputes between users and businesses
• Assume liability for transactions conducted through the Platform

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any business.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
